Shipping Info

We aim to process and ship all orders within 48 hours. Approximate delivery times are as below:

  • UK Orders: 3-5 working days
  • European Order: 7-10 days
  • Rest of the World: 7-14 days

Our shipping charges are set at a flat rate of £5.50, regardless of where you are in the world.  It doesn’t matter if you buy one item, or one hundred. Whether you live in Bulgaria, or New York – we like to keep consistency with our charges, so all shipping is a set fee.

If you have placed an order and it has not arrived within this timeframe you can contact us directly via info@bassboutique.co.uk, quoting your name, email address and order number.

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class, who aim to deliver packages within 2-3 working days. However in some rare cases it can take up to 21 days for parcels to arrive via this service, so whilst we encourage you to contact us in the meantime we will not be able to declare your order as “missing” until 21 days after dispatch.

If for any reason your parcel is returned to us, we will contact you before re-shipping your item. We will charge an additional postage fee to re-send items which have been returned to us.

FAQs

What Payment Methods are accepted?

All our shop payments are secured and managed by Paypal. You can therefore use Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Solo, Switch & Maestro cards to process payment, or alternatively pay using your existing PayPal account.

What happens when I place an order

Once you submit an order you will receive a confirmation email with your Bass Boutique order confirmation number which can be used for all correspondence. If you do not receive your confirmation email please check your junk mail folders.

Returns

If you need to return any of the items on your order for any reason please contact our support department at info@bassboutique.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.

If your order is damaged or faulty or we will ask you to ship the items back to us for exchange and we will cover all return postage. We insist you must return goods using a ‘Signed For’ service as we are not liable for any returns which go missing during shipping.

If you no longer want an item from your order, or require an alternative size, we will require you to pay the cost to return to us – we will pay the costs to ship your exchange item back to you.

All goods must be returned in the condition they were shipped to you, using the original packaging where possible.

Privacy

All your personal data which you submit to this site is held in the strictest confidence. We will not sell or disclose any personal information to 3rd parties (unless otherwise required by UK law.)

Occasionally we may contact you to inform you of new offers, products and services being offered by us, but you can unsubscribe from these emails at any time. We do not store any credit or debit card information.
